At Sagewood Early Learning we believe in a personalised experience so you can be confident and happy knowing that your child is in the best place for them to be nurtured and inspired. As spaces are limited at Sagewood, with some centres having a wait list, we encourage you to express your interest as early as possible to secure a place for your child. All enquiries will be supported with a centre tour where you are able to ask any questions you may have regarding your child’s care and education needs.

What to bring
Once you have toured our centre and know you have made the best decision to enrol your child, we will commence the enrolment and orientation process. We encourage all families and children to visit the centre multiple times to ensure that the verbal communication process is supported with formal documentation before care can commence.

fees and childcare subsidy
We are an approved provider to receive the Childcare Subsidy. Each family’s entitlements are specific to them, based on income and activity hours. All families will need to confirm their enrolment through Mygov for any Childcare Subsidy to be applied to their fees.

To enrol at Sagewood, all children will require:
- completed enrolment form;
- signed Complying Written Agreement ("CWA");
- copy of immunisation record up to date; and
- copy of the child's birth certificate.

We make paying your fees easy, all payments are deducted by Direct Debit for two weeks in advance.
Our Centre Directors are highly trained and skilled in the childcare subsidy and will be happy to answer any questions and guide you through the process of claiming childcare subsidy and paying fees.
